We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective and existing students in selecting suitable courses, support them throughout the admission process, and ensure a smooth academic journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and program details.
- Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online leads.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by explaining course benefits and career prospects.
- Maintain follow-ups with interested candidates and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and student data.
- Support students in resolving academic-related concerns.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
