Job Title: OPD/IPD Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate OPD and IPD patient registration, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Assist patients and attendants with appointments, admission processes, and hospital services.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, diagnostics, and billing departments for smooth patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure timely communication between patients, consultants, and hospital departments.
- Address patient queries and resolve concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital operations, patient coordination, or front office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Hospital Management Systems (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred: Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals.
