The Assistant Manager supports the Call Center or Operations Manager in directing daily floor operations, optimizing agent performance, and ensuring that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. This role acts as a bridge between upper management and team leads to drive operational efficiency and high-level customer satisfaction.
