As the Chief Technology Officer, you will define and execute ScriptoFi's technology vision, lead software architecture decisions, build and mentor world-class engineering teams, and collaborate closely with founders, product leadership, and business stakeholders.
You will own engineering excellence, platform scalability, security, AI adoption, and product delivery while ensuring technology remains aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's long-term technology strategy.
- Lead Software Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
- Design highly scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems.
- Drive architecture decisions for Web3, Blockchain, AI, Cloud, and SaaS products.
- Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
- Oversee software architecture, cloud infrastructure, APIs, microservices, and system scalability.
- Implement DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and observability.
- Ensure application security, compliance, and data protection.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business teams to deliver exceptional products.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies that create competitive advantage.
- Manage engineering roadmaps, technology budgets, vendor relationships, and technical hiring.
- Represent technology strategy with leadership, investors, and strategic partners.
