Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
- Understand manpower requirements from respective departments.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on appropriate job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, references, databases, and other channels.
- Conduct preliminary HR interviews and coordinate further rounds with concerned departments.
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records.
- Coordinate salary discussions, selection, offer release, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and track open positions.
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Coordinate pre-joining and joining documentation.
- Conduct employee onboarding and HR induction.
- Explain company policies, rules, benefits, attendance procedures, and code of conduct.
- Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth integration of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance, late coming, absenteeism, and leave records.
- Maintain and update employee attendance and leave data.
- Coordinate with employees and department heads regarding attendance discrepancies.
- Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Ensure adherence to company leave and attendance policies.
4. Employee Records & HR Documentation
- Maintain accurate and updated employee master data.
- Maintain personnel files, appointment letters, confirmation letters, appraisal records, and other HR documents.
- Prepare HR letters and documentation as required.
- Ensure proper documentation of employee movements, transfers, promotions, and other changes.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
5. Probation & Confirmation
- Track employee probation periods and ensure timely review.
- Coordinate probation feedback with reporting managers.
- Maintain probation review records.
- Prepare and issue confirmation or extension letters based on management decisions.
6. Performance Management
- Support the implementation of monthly/periodic employee performance reviews.
- Coordinate with department heads for KRA/KPI and performance feedback.
- Track completion of performance evaluation processes.
- Maintain performance records and assist in annual appraisal activities.
- Identify recurring performance or behavioural concerns and escalate them appropriately.
7. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Act as a point of contact for routine employee queries and concerns.
- Promote positive employee relations and a healthy workplace environment.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances in coordination with the HR Head.
- Conduct employee feedback initiatives and assist in implementing corrective actions.
8. Learning & Development
- Identify training requirements in coordination with department heads.
- Assist in planning and coordinating employee training programs.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance, feedback, and training records.
- Follow up on training effectiveness where required.
9. HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure employees are aware of and follow company HR policies.
- Support implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Maintain statutory and HR compliance-related documentation as applicable.
- Coordinate with relevant internal/external stakeholders for HR compliance requirements.
- Keep HR records organised and audit-ready.
10. Payroll Coordination
- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for monthly payroll inputs.
- Provide accurate attendance, leave, new joining, exit, deduction, and other employee-related information.
- Verify payroll-related HR data before processing.
- Address employee queries related to attendance and payroll inputs.
11. Exit & Full & Final Process
- Coordinate employee resignation and exit formalities.
- Conduct or coordinate exit interviews.
- Ensure clearance and handover processes are completed.
- Coordinate with Accounts and concerned departments for full & final settlement.
- Issue relieving, experience, and other required documents as per company policy.
12. HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain regular HR reports and MIS.
- Track headcount, recruitment status, attrition, absenteeism, attendance, probation, and employee movements.
- Maintain HR dashboards and records for management review.
- Provide accurate HR data whenever required by management.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
