Job Title: MEP Supervisor
Location: Vyttila, Kochi
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems at our Vyttila facility. In addition to MEP supervision responsibilities, the selected candidate will assist the Maintenance Head in coordinating and managing maintenance activities across various locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the operation and maintenance of MEP systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related infrastructure.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure all systems function efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Assist the Maintenance Head in managing day-to-day maintenance operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate repairs with internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Travel to different company locations as required for maintenance-related activities.
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in MEP supervision, building maintenance, or facility management.
- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple maintenance tasks.
- Willingness to travel to various locations when required.
- Candidates residing within a 10 km radius of Vyttila will be preferred.
