Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain critical company data, client profiles, and records in databases or spreadsheets.
- Financial & Accounting: Process transactions, manage invoices, prepare bills, and assist with account reconciliation and audits.
- Document Processing: Handle physical and digital filing, process paperwork, and generate regular business reports and presentations.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as a liaison between different internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication.
