Job Overview
We are looking for two motivated and results-driven IT SaaS Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have experience selling SaaS products, software solutions, or IT services and be comfortable managing the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable SaaS solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to support sales efforts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, software sales, or IT services sales.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales processes.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and technology solutions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AI, CRM, automation, cloud, or web-based software solutions.
- Experience working with international clients, particularly in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and sales prospecting tools.
