About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Insurance Sales & Servicing Executive to join our team. This is a field-based role where you'll be meeting clients at their homes and offices, understanding their financial goals, and helping them choose the right investment and insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients at their homes/offices to understand their financial and investment needs
- Recommend suitable insurance and investment products based on client requirements
- Collect insurance premiums from existing clients
- Handle policy servicing — including issuing receipts, resolving client queries, and maintaining records
- Deliver gifts/tokens to clients as part of relationship management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate documentation of all client interactions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with daily travel/field work across the city
- Efficient, organized, and able to manage time across multiple client visits per day
- Basic knowledge of insurance/investment products preferred (training will be provided)
- Two-wheeler and valid license preferred (for field visits)
- Prior experience in sales, insurance, or client servicing is a plus but not mandatory
