Job Title: HR Recruiter
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our company. The candidate should be able to source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate with candidates for different roles.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates from job portals, social media, references, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR calls
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and candidates
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with selected candidates for documents and joining
- Support onboarding and basic HR coordination
Requirements:
- Prior experience in recruitment preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of job portals like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements
- Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
