CRM & Telecalling Executive (Construction )
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with prospective clients regarding construction projects and property inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure timely customer updates.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports.
- Achieve telecalling and lead conversion targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, CRM, or sales (construction/real estate experience preferred).
- Good communication skills in English and local language(s).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
