RVR Super Speciality Centre is looking for a well-spoken, responsible, and patient-friendly individual for the role of Patient Facilitator.
The candidate will act as a bridge between patients, doctors, and the hospital team to ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience throughout their visit.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and assist patients during appointments and consultations
- Coordinate with doctors, reception, and hospital departments
- Help patients with registrations, appointments, and basic queries
- Ensure patients feel comfortable and supported during their visit
- Maintain professional communication and hospitality standards
- Handle patient flow and support daily operational activities
- Assist in managing schedules and coordination when required
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi/Malayalam is a plus
- Friendly, polite, and patient-focused attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Well-groomed and professional behavior
- Ability to handle patients calmly and responsibly
- Prior hospital or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
Work Environment:
This is an onsite role at RVR Super Speciality Centre, Mangalore. We are looking for someone who is caring, organized, and capable of creating a positive experience for every patient visiting the hospital.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
