- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Maintain and verify salary sheets, attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Understand and manage salary structures, CTC components, allowances, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory benefits.
- Calculate overtime, incentives, bonuses, and other payroll-related payments.
- Process employee Full & Final (F&F) settlements, including leave encashment and statutory dues.
- Prepare, reconcile, and file PF & ESIC challans and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Coordinate PF and ESIC registrations, exits, transfers, and employee-related claims.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Resolve employee payroll queries related to salary, deductions, PF, ESIC, and F&F settlements.
- Maintain payroll records, compliance documentation, and employee files with confidentiality.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and audits.
