We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Lab Technician to perform laboratory tests accurately and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient care. The ideal candidate should have sound technical knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced diagnostic laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, receive, process, and label patient specimens.
- Perform routine laboratory investigations as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers.
- Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of test results.
- Maintain quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) standards.
- Follow NABL, infection control, and laboratory safety protocols.
- Record, verify, and document laboratory results accurately.
- Monitor reagent inventory and inform the concerned department regarding stock requirements.
- Dispose of biomedical waste as per regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with pathologists, doctors, and other healthcare professionals when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information and laboratory records.
Qualifications
- DMLT / BMLT / MLT or equivalent qualification.
- Valid registration (if applicable).
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
