Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team in Hyderabad.
You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, demonstrating our Ritaya Unified Commerce Platform, building customer relationships, and converting prospects into customers.
Ritaya helps restaurants, cafés, QSRs, food courts, retail stores, bakeries, sweet shops and other businesses manage their operations through an integrated technology platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals and other sales channels.
- Identify and approach potential business customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Ritaya solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer onboarding and implementation.
- Contribute ideas and actively participate in business growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and ability to interact with business owners and decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for customer meetings.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic understanding of computers and mobile applications.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, POS Sales, Software Sales, Restaurant Technology or Field Sales will be preferred.
