Roles & Responsibilities
Electronics & PCB Support
- Diagnose, repair, and service PCBs from various electronic systems.
- Perform component-level troubleshooting (resistors, capacitors, ICs, sensors, etc.).
- Read and interpret circuit diagrams, service manuals, and datasheets.
- Use testing tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, and soldering stations.
- Assemble, rework, and desolder through-hole and SMD components.
Embedded Systems & Prototyping
- Assist in testing and debugging embedded systems (Arduino, STM32, ESP, etc.).
- Upload test firmware, check I/O signals, and validate sensor interfaces.
- Support basic microcontroller-based troubleshooting.
3D Printing Operations
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain FDM 3D printers (bed leveling, nozzle cleaning, filament loading).
- Diagnose and resolve common 3D printer issues (clogs, layer shifting, adhesion problems, thermal errors).
- Perform preventive maintenance (belt tensioning, lubrication, firmware checks).
- Assist in post-processing of 3D printed parts (removing supports, sanding, assembly).
General Technical Support
- Maintain inventory of electronic components, tools, and 3D printing materials.
- Document repair logs, test results, and maintenance records.
- Collaborate with engineers for design modifications or prototype builds.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
