- Excellent communication skills in English (Kannada is an added advantage).
- Passion for working with children aged 2.5–5 years.

- Knowledge of play-based and activity-based teaching methods.
- Ability to plan and conduct creative activities, storytelling, rhymes, music, art, and craft.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office and smart classroom tools).

- Ability to communicate effectively with parents.
- Team player with a positive attitude and professional ethics.
- Physically active and able to participate in classroom activities with young children.
- Montessori or phonics teaching experience.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of early childhood development.
- First Aid certification (preferred).
- Experience in handling preschool classroom routines.
- Creative in preparing teaching aids and learning materials.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
