We are looking for a smart and proactive Vendor Relationship Specialist to join our growing staffing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and experience coordinating with vendors, recruiters, and internal delivery teams for IT requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with vendors and recruitment partners for open IT requirements
Share daily client requirements with vendors and follow up for suitable profiles
Screen and collect relevant candidate profiles from vendors
Coordinate with internal client-facing/recruitment teams for profile submissions
Maintain regular communication with vendors regarding feedback and submissions
Track candidate pipeline, interview schedules, and submission status
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and consultants
Ensure timely delivery of quality profiles as per client requirements
Maintain reports and updates related to submissions and closures
Pay: ₹10,037.68 - ₹35,644.55 per month
