Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Manager to do further work on our generated leads by talking with our HNI clients. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive network to drive business growth and meet targets, contributing significantly to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven track record in calling with a credible background.
- Ability to make calls daily to handle inquiries effectively.
- Able to handle HNI clients effectively.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
- Aim to convert inquiries into showroom visits through effective communication.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain its reputation.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to potential clients.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize calling and WhatsApp engagement strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Exceptional English language proficiency with polished speaking skills.
- Strong communication skills with clarity in speech.
- Proficient in engaging customers on WhatsApp.
- Strong follow up skills required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years prior industry related business development experience.
- Focused and goal-oriented.
