Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, oversee staff performance, maintain service standards, and help manage smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations
- Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor food quality and service standards
- Assist in staff scheduling and team coordination
- Manage inventory and coordinate stock requirements
- Support billing, cash handling, and reporting activities
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant/hospitality management preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer handling abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualification:
- Hotel Management / Hospitality background preferred
