Job Summary
This is a dual-role position where the candidate will handle both interior design (drawings + 3D) and on-site supervision.
You will be responsible for creating design drawings, coordinating with the site team, checking quality, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Responsibilities
- Create 2D drawings, working drawings & detail drawings (AutoCAD mandatory)
- Develop 3D models & renders using Lumion / SketchUp
- Prepare mood boards, material selection lists & BOQ
- Work with clients to understand requirements and propose concepts
- Revise drawings/renders based on client or project feedback
Site Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities & labour coordination
- Ensure work is done as per drawings and quality standards
- Check measurements & verify on-site material usage
- Coordinate with carpenters, plumbers, electricians & vendors
- Maintain site safety and cleanliness
- Report daily progress to the Project Manager
- Support client visits & address basic site queries
Required Qualifications
- 12th pass or fail acceptable
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design/Civil (optional)
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
- Software skills:
- AutoCAD (mandatory)
- SketchUp / Lumion (must know at least basic level)
- Good communication & site-handling skills
- Ability to read drawings & take measurements
- Basic WhatsApp, email & MS Office knowledge
- Driving license preferred (not mandatory)
