Job Summary
DigiPerform is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecounselor to guide prospective students regarding our digital marketing training programs. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counseling leads, and converting them into enrollments through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Explain course features, benefits, fees, and career opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Address student queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams when required.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
