JOB Description:
1. FLOATING QUERIES with - overseas agents, shipping lines, local co-loaders etc for Pricing.2. Negotiating best rates with overseas agent, shipping lines .3. coordinating for contractual agreements4. Developing pricing strategies and focus on improving profit margins for company.5. Enhacing business relationships with agents for mutual profits.6. Maintaining on going business with existing Customers with good service levels.7. Ensure on going business is sustained with Maintainance of Price levels.8. Maintaining time-line in providing commercials to Sales, Customers, agent query if any.9. Ensure rates provided are Valid with terms & conditions mentioned if any.10. Develop PR with Overseas agents, Customers & Co-loaders and focus on closing as many deals as possible on weekly/monthly basis.11. Ensure Enquiry sheet, Pricing sheet is updated on daily/weekly basis.12. Follow-up with Sales for feedback of quoted rates.
Operation:
- Handle complete air export shipment processes from booking to final departure.
- Coordinate with customers for shipment planning and documentation.
- Arrange cargo booking with airlines and freight carriers.
- Coordinate with transporters for cargo pickup and airport delivery.
- Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA) for export customs clearance.
- Monitor shipment movement and ensure on-time flight departures.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers.
- Handle urgent, dangerous goods (DG), temperature-controlled, and special cargo as per airline and IATA regulations.
- Resolve operational issues affecting shipment schedules.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
