Position: Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, managing distributors and retailers, and achieving monthly sales targets for the company's pickle products. The role involves developing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
- Visit markets regularly to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, supermarkets, grocery stores, and institutional buyers.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide market insights.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and sales campaigns.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding collections from customers.
- Identify opportunities for expansion into new territories and markets.
- Train and guide sales executives and field staff.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in FMCG or food product sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of distributor management and retail sales.
- Ability to travel frequently for market visits.
- Proficiency in sales reporting.
