The Physician Assistant at SPARRC supports doctors in delivering quality patient care through clinical assessments, documentation, patient education, care coordination, and follow-up, ensuring effective treatment outcomes and a seamless patient experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during patient consultations and clinical procedures.
- Record patient history, vital signs, and maintain clinical documentation.
- Coordinate patient appointments, investigations, and follow-ups.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to support multidisciplinary care.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient care standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (BPA/B.Sc. Physician Assistant) or a related Allied Health Sciences discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
