Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage investor relationships, assist clients with mutual fund investments, and ensure a seamless client servicing experience. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about finance, investments, client engagement, and long-term relationship management.
The candidate will work closely with clients to understand their financial requirements, support investment-related processes, and contribute towards client retention and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, attend, and document client meetings (online/offline), including maintaining proper MoM and follow-ups
- Manage client onboarding, KYC processing, transactions, and documentation while ensuring compliance standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding financial goals and investment requirements
- Assist clients with mutual fund-related queries, SIPs, and investment processes
- Re-engage inactive clients and encourage fresh or increased investments
- Ensure timely client servicing, relationship management, and long-term retention
- Coordinate with internal teams and management for the smooth execution of client requests
- Prepare regular reports and updates regarding client interactions and service activities
- Generate leads, referrals, and identify business development opportunities through existing and new client networks
- Maintain professional communication through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong client handling and relationship management abilities
- Ability to simplify and explain financial concepts to clients
- Basic understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs, ELSS, and tax-saving investment products preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools, email communication, WhatsApp, and video meeting platforms
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Finance preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- NISM V-A Certification preferred (or willingness to complete certification)
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, finance, banking, wealth management, or client servicing preferred
- Experience in mutual fund advisory or financial services will be an added advantage
- Passion for personal finance, investments, and client education
- Self-disciplined, target-oriented, and eager to learn
