Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Client Service, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships with a “client-first” mindset, ensuring seamless communication, and working closely across departments to deliver solutions that exceed expectations. The position requires proactive ownership, quick learning, and a problem-solving attitude.
The role is Monday to Saturday (6 days), 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with occasional availability expected beyond working hours (via call or text) to support client needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, sales, or marketing roles
- Age group: 25–35
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Proactive, self-learner, with a genuine drive to build lasting client relationships
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-department teams
- Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience in running cold email campaigns will be a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
