Position: Senior Architect

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design, municipal approvals, project coordination, and technical documentation for a wide range of residential, commercial, hospitality, and sustainable development projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in municipal regulations, approval drawings, project planning, design development and consultant coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural design, planning, space planning, zoning studies and layout optimization.
- Preparation and review of municipal approval drawings.
- Thorough understanding of DCR, UDCPR, FSI calculations, setbacks, parking norms, fire regulations and local authority requirements.
- Preparation of Dry Port Designs, Concept Based till final approval stage.
- Coordination with structural, MEP, landscape, sustainability and liaison consultants.
- Resolution of municipal observations and preparation of revised submissions.
- Site support, technical guidance, drawing reviews and execution assistance.
- Integration of sustainable and green building strategies into projects.
- Client coordination, presentations and project management.
- Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior architects and interns.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), SketchUp, MS Office & Photoshop.
- Strong architectural detailing and documentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of building regulations and approval processes.
- Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch/ M. Arch).
- COA Registration preferred.
- Master's Degree preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- 5-6 years of professional architectural experience.
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of independent project handling experience.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use projects preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Resort and hospitality planning.
- Sustainable architecture and green building consulting.
- Large-scale residential and township developments.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely completion of drawings and submissions.
- Accuracy of municipal approval drawings.
- Quality of documentation and consultant coordination.
- Client satisfaction and project delivery.
- Team leadership and mentoring effectiveness.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
