Customer Relationship Executive – Job Description
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about the marriage hall and its services, conducting venue visits, and assisting clients throughout the booking process. The role involves maintaining good relationships with customers, following up on inquiries, converting leads into bookings, coordinating customer requirements with the operations team, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction before, during, and after the event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customer calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries.
- Explain venue facilities, packages, and services to prospective clients.
- Conduct venue tours and assist customers in selecting suitable packages.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams and vendors.
- Maintain customer records and booking details.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Ensure a pleasant and seamless experience for all clients.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Fluency in Tamil and basic English preferred.
