Key Responsibilities :
Deliver Training: Conduct engaging sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation for students.
Placement Focused Prep: Prepare students according to the latest recruitment patterns of major MNCs (e.g., TCS, CTS, Wipro, Accenture, Infosys) and banking/competitive exams.
Teach Shortcuts: Train students in Speed Math techniques, shortcuts, and time-management strategies to solve complex problems quickly.
Assessments & Feedback: Design mock tests, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
Mentorship: Motivate and mentor students from diverse academic backgrounds, building their confidence to clear placement rounds.
Requirements & Skills :
Education: Graduate in any stream (Candidates with a background in BE/B.Tech, Mathematics, or MBA are highly preferred).
Experience: 0 to 1+ years of experience as an Aptitude Trainer (Talented freshers with exceptional subject knowledge and teaching skills are also welcome).
Subject Expertise: Exceptional command over both Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning concepts.
Communication: Excellent verbal and presentation skills in English and Tamil to connect effectively with college students.
Passionate: Highly passionate about teaching, mentoring, and keeping up-to-date with current placement trends.
