BestDrive is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior 3D Animator to produce high-quality 3D animations and motion graphics that elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating realistic and stylized animations for marketing campaigns, product showcases, social media, advertisements, and promotional videos.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D animations for marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, commercials, and digital content.
- Develop engaging character, product, and environment animations from concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, video editors, and marketing teams to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.
- Build storyboards, animatics, and animation sequences aligned with project objectives.
- Model, rig, texture, light, animate, and render 3D assets when required.
- Produce realistic simulations, camera movements, and visual effects to enhance animations.
- Optimize animation workflows to meet quality standards and project deadlines.
- Review and mentor junior animators, providing creative and technical guidance.
- Maintain consistency with BestDrive's visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, animation techniques, and emerging tools.
Required Skills
- 5–8+ years of professional experience in 3D animation.
- Expert proficiency in Blender, Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max.
- Strong knowledge of animation principles, timing, weight, and motion.
- Experience with rigging, character animation, lighting, rendering, and simulations.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- Understanding of PBR workflows, materials, and rendering engines such as Cycles, Arnold, Redshift, Octane, or V-Ray.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and compositing techniques.
- Ability to optimize assets for web, social media, and digital advertising.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience creating animations for automotive, technology, or e-commerce brands is a plus.
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine or Unity is an added advantage.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D animation projects, product visualizations, or commercial work.
