About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electronic measurement instruments and power tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electronic instruments (e.g., Fluke, Megger), power tools (e.g., DeWalt, Bosch), and medical Equipments.
- Communicate repair status and timelines clearly to customers and the Sales Team.
- Explain technical issues and repair processes in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Work with the purchasing team for repair estimates and parts procurement.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes.
- Installation and assembly of distribution panels (DP panels) and related equipment is a plus.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in repairing electronic instruments and other tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of automation systems is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Technical skills in electronics repair.
- Education or certifications in electronics or a related field is a plus.
