We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI/ML Trainer to design and deliver training sessions on core Data Science concepts, tools, and technologies. The trainer will work closely with students, professionals, and corporate teams to build strong analytical and machine learning capabilities, enabling learners to excel in real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
- Create, update, and maintain AI/ML course materials, tutorials, projects, and assessments.
- Tailor course content based on audience needs (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
Training Delivery:
- Conduct interactive instructor-led training sessions (classroom).
- Break down complex concepts (e.g., Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP) into digestible lessons.
- Incorporate hands-on coding labs, case studies, and capstone projects.
Student Engagement:
- Mentor and guide learners through exercises, projects, and doubt clarification.
- Provide regular feedback and personalized support to help learners progress.
Technology Enablement:
- Teach and demonstrate tools and frameworks such as Python, R, SQL, Tensor Flow, Scikit-learn, PowerBI, AWS/GCP/Azure ML services, etc.
Assessment and Evaluation:
- Design quizzes, assignments, and project evaluations.
- Monitor participant performance and provide constructive feedback.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest Data Science trends, tools, and best practices.
- Participate in curriculum review meetings and suggest improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or any related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics roles.
- Proven experience in teaching, coaching, mentoring, or training delivery (corporate or academic).
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with R, SQL.
- Proficiency in libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Knowledge of Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify technical topics and foster an engaging learning environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
