We are seeking a proactive and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with corporate clients. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and outbound activities
- Generate qualified B2B leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and business meetings with decision-makers
- Understand client business needs and propose customized solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms
- Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales MIS reports
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, technical, operations) for smooth onboarding
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and corporate relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to handle long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Experience in solution-based/consultative selling
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales
- Experience in sectors like IoT, SaaS, EdTech, ERP, or technology solutions is an added advantage
