Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers to join our Telesales team for the Bajaj Finserv client. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain and promote relevant financial products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Skills Required
- Good sales and marketing skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- NBFC or financial sales experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in telesales are also welcome to apply.
Qualification
- Any Graduate Degree is mandatory.
