Your role will include overseeing, supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end-to-end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and directions to team members on tasks to be performed; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to Support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success.

- 5 + Years in Schematic Design, Layout Review and Board Bring up
- Very Good experience in digital, analogue and mixed signal circuit design
- Strong Product design capabilities from concept to System Architecture
- Design for platform, manage and control BOM for optimal cost
- Board Bring-Up and testing: Including Functional tests, System testing, Compliance to specification, Design Verification Test, Power/Timing analysis, Thermal analysis, EMI/EMC tests and SI analysis
- Assist and support CAD team or design team in schematic designs and layout.
- Good experience in EMI/EMC, ESD, FCC testing requirement
- Experience in Power analysis, Power Supply selection, Voltage Regulator and Thermal Analysis.
- Expertise in SMPS, linear power supplier, and OP Amp design
- Should have experience in designing commercial and Industrial product preferably should have worked with MIL grade applications
- Expert level experience in EDA Tools - Mentor Graphics, LT Spice/TINA
- Should have good knowledge of IPC standards for PCB Layout design
- Working knowledge in C and device drivers for broad bring up and design.
- Experience in design using ARM based processors Ti, NXP, ST etc
- Familiar with common bus such as I2C, UART, SPI, RS485, MODBUS , CAN, etc.
- Good analytical skills
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot hardware problems including field issue
- Should be motivated to learn quickly and adapt.
- Familiar with I2C, UART, SPI, RS485, MODBUS, CAN
- Working knowledge in Microsoft tools, Jira or any project management tools
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Electrical /Electronics Engineering
- 5+ years of Industrial experience Product Design
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop hardware products and systems, end to end product development experience is a must
- Design, define, and simulate analog and digital circuits.
- Conduct FMEAs, Reliability and other failure analysis of HW Design
- Responsible for schematic design , CDR and change management if needed.
- Layout Review and ensure conformance to IPC standards and relevant Honeywell guidelines
- Responsible for new product transfer from R&D to production and provide related technical document.
- Responsible for the hardware circuit problem solving and product design upgrade of the products that have been put into production
- Co-work with local FW/SW/Testing team on system level issues through the project development
- Co-ordinate with regulatory team for product certification
- Co-ordinate with Manufacturing and setup production and test setups
- Chip selection, Hardware debugging, Hardware simulation, Hardware test automation
- Manage BOM and parts Obsolescence and address supply chain issues working with sourcing and factory
- Drive ECN, Disposition Plan, CCB approvals
- Co-work with worldwide hardware team, system team and Customer engineering team on the development status sync up, issue debugging
