We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as a Recruitment Coordinator!
Eligibility:
Freshers only
Any bachelor's degree
Candidates residing in or near Angamaly, Kalady, Chalakudy, or Karukutty are preferred
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic computer knowledge
Salary:
₹10,000–₹15,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment activities and schedule interviews
Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
Support the HR team with recruitment and onboarding activities
