Are you an experienced Real Estate Sales Professional with a proven track record in Township or Residential Plot Sales? We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead sales, build strong broker networks, and drive revenue growth for large-scale township projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive residential plot sales and achieve monthly & annual revenue targets.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking closure.
Lead and mentor the direct sales team to maximize productivity and conversions.
Develop and strengthen broker and channel partner networks.
Conduct customer presentations, site visits, and high-value sales negotiations.
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer demand to improve sales performance.
Coordinate with CRM, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Track sales performance, forecasts, and business metrics through CRM and reporting.
What We're Looking For:
6–10+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Strong experience in Township / Residential Plot Sales.
Expertise in managing direct sales teams and channel partners.
Strong broker network and local market knowledge.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
MBA preferred.
