· Preparation of samples for customers when changes are requested by the customer in the existing products.
· Coordinate with the Marketing Executive to determine the needs of the customer for developing the new product.
· Determine processes and develop new products under the guidance of the CEO/ Operations Manager.
· Preparation of samples requested by Marketing Executive. Maintenance of data for the samples prepared.
· Ensure smooth running of the tooling department.
· Prepare the necessary tools required for the manufacture of a product.
· Reviews the internal and external issues that are relevant to strategic directions to achieve the QMS results
· Analyze the needs and expectation of interested parties.
· Continually improves the QMS by addressing risks and opportunities.
· Facilitates fulfilment of compliance obligation
