We are looking for Sales & Digital Marketing Executive. The role combines OTA management, direct sales, social media marketing, guest communication and online promotion. The candidate should be comfortable handling both online marketing and direct guest interaction.
ResponsibilitiesOTA Management
- Handle OTA platforms such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.
- Update room inventory, rates and promotions regularly
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends daily
- Improve OTA ranking, visibility and conversion
- Coordinate with management regarding pricing strategy and occupancy targets
Direct Sales & Guest Communication
- Handle phone inquiries and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Respond to WhatsApp, Instagram and website inquiries professionally
- Follow up with potential guests and repeat customers
- Maintain guest database and booking records
- Coordinate with reception and operations team regarding reservations
Digital Marketing
- Manage Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
- Create reels, posts, stories and promotional content
- Handle Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Improve direct bookings through online marketing
- Coordinate photography/video shoots for resort promotion
Website Management
- Update website content, photos, offers and seasonal packages
- Coordinate with website developers whenever required
- Ensure proper inquiry flow and booking functionality
Brand & Revenue Growth
- Develop promotional ideas for weekends, holidays and special events
- Help improve brand image and guest engagement
- Work towards increasing direct bookings and reducing OTA dependency
Requirements
- Experience in hotel/resort sales or digital marketing preferred
- Knowledge of OTA systems and online booking platforms
- Basic-to-advanced understanding of Google Ads and social media marketing
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi. Working knowledge of Russian preferred though not essential
- Strong sales and follow-up ability
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Photography/video editing knowledge is an advantage
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
