About the Role
Brahma Designtech Solutions is seeking a proactive IT & DIGITALIZATION Executive to manage IT infrastructure, system administration, digital transformation initiatives, and digital marketing support while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure, systems, networks, hardware, software, and user support.
- Administer Google Workspace, digital records, backups, and IT assets.
- Drive digitalization through Google Forms, Sheets, workflow automation, and ERP/HRMS support.
- Coordinate website updates, social media, Canva creatives, and digital marketing activities.
- Ensure IT security, data protection, compliance, and documentation.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech (CSE/IT), B.Sc. (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, or equivalent.
Experience
- 1–3 years in IT Support, System Administration, Digitalization, or related roles.
- Startup/SME experience is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Windows OS & basic networking
- Google Workspace / Microsoft 365
- Hardware & software troubleshooting
- Google Drive Administration
- Microsoft Office
- Canva & basic WordPress
- Cybersecurity & data backup
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) – Added advantage
