Job Summary
Sashriya Enterprises India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, and achieving hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate databases.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets while ensuring quality hiring.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate or MBA (HR) preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or staffing.
