Job Title: Customer Service Advisor – US E-Commerce Process (Voice) Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Company: Transcom Job Summary We are hiring Customer Service Advisors for a US-based E-Commerce customer support process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving order-related queries, and delivering high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle 40–50 inbound calls daily for E-Commerce customer support Resolve customer queries related to: Order cancellations Refunds and payment issues Missing or lost orders Return requests Provide professional and empathetic customer service Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) Maintain quality standards and achieve KPIs Accurately document customer interactions in the system Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1 year of BPO experience in: Retail / Airline / Insurance customer service No employment gaps Must be within 15 km transport boundary or willing to relocate Candidates serving notice period preferred Fluent English communication (C1/C2 level) required Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills Work Schedule 5.5 days working Rotational shifts and weekly offs No fixed off or shift guarantee Training & Certification 5 days Process Training 5 days Nesting (live calls with support) Minimum 85% score required to qualify Key Skills Excellent English communication Customer handling & empathy Problem-solving ability Ability to work in high-volume call environment Basic computer & CRM knowledge Preferred Profile Experience in International Voice Process Ability to manage high call volumes efficiently Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced environment How to Apply Interested candidates can apply directly or share their updated resume.
