We are recruiting a passionate and target-driven Telesales Executive, with a minimum experience of 6 months for one of our renowned IT clients, offering a fully remote, permanent work-from-home role.
Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services and generate sales leads.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow up on prospects, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and maintain call records in the CRM system.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or offers.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
