We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to conduct NHT batches, deliver refresher trainings, and improve performance through effective coaching and training interventions. The ideal candidate should have strong presentation skills, client-handling abilities, and experience in mapping.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) batches and refresher sessions.

Maintain circle-wise reports and evaluate training effectiveness from 0–30 days.

Handle daily tracking, course evaluations, and trainee assessments.

Research product/process information through meetings, calibrations, and call monitoring.

Collaborate with the design team to align with training methodology and standards.

Maintain updated course materials and training evaluations for management review.

Perform Training Need Analysis (TNA) and work with Quality teams for implementation.

Demonstrate strong presentation skills and ensure training delivery quality.

Maintain training reports using MS Office.

Interact with clients and represent the training function at a process level.
