- Respond to customer queries via Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, email, and Call communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and reply to all customer DMs, comments, and messages daily.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM or spreadsheets as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, and logistics) for order-related queries.
- Maintain workplace hygiene and ensure the office/customer service area remains clean and organized.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate recurring issues to management.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
