Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/Customer Engagement) development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dynamics 365 customization, Power Platform, and Azure integrations. The candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and implementing scalable CRM solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) solutions.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, business process flows, and custom workflows.
- Customize Dynamics 365 forms, entities, dashboards, views, and business rules.
- Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Build and enhance solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications and third-party systems using Azure services.
- Implement authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO) using Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/Customer Engagement) development.
- Strong programming skills in:
- C#
- .NET Framework/.NET Core
- JavaScript or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience in:
- Dynamics 365 Customization
- Plugin Development
- Workflows
- Business Rules
- Custom APIs
- Experience with Power Platform, including:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Experience with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) for authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services and external systems.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus.
- Knowledge of Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Educational Qualification
- BE / B.Tech / MCA / MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
