Cobstone is a boutique luxury real estate development company working on design-led villa projects in Goa. We are looking for a Goa-based Development Coordinator to work closely with the founder and support day-to-day project coordination. Role includes vendor/architect/PMC follow-ups, site visits, trackers, documentation, bills, approvals, and project updates. Arch/civil/interiors background preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
