The Beverage Head (Expat) is responsible for leading and managing the overall beverage operations across the property, ensuring world-class guest experiences, innovation, profitability, and adherence to international luxury hospitality standards. The role oversees bars, lounges, beverage programs, cellar management, mixology, wine service, procurement, and team development while driving revenue growth and maintaining exceptional service quality.
Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, beers, sake, whisky, premium beverages, and international beverage trends.
Expertise in mixology, wine pairing, cellar management, and beverage innovation.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Financial acumen with experience in beverage cost control and budgeting.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
Guest-centric approach with exceptional attention to detail.
Knowledge of international hospitality standards and luxury service etiquette.
Qualifications
Professional certifications such as WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, Certified Sommelier, or internationally recognized mixology certifications are highly preferred.
Minimum 5 -9years in a senior leadership role managing multi-outlet beverage operations.
