Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our FMCG team in Thrissur. The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, distributor and retailer management, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Promote company products and ensure market visibility.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure timely order collection and follow-up.
- Submit daily sales and visit reports.
Requirements
- Any Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in FMCG sales or marketing is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
